The items sold are not refundable.
All items purchased from art3prints.com are made pursuant to paying for shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@art3prints.com.

Shipping
To return your product, we will provide the shipping address and the label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
